A Place to Land

A Place to Land

KinThrive is for parents who love their children deeply and no longer know how to reach them.

It is for parents who have spent years focused on their child's treatment, behavior, diagnosis, recovery, crisis, or next step—and are beginning to wonder:

  • How did we get here?
  • What am I supposed to do now?
  • How do I stay connected without losing myself?
  • What is happening inside me?

It is for parents who are exhausted from trying to find the perfect response or fix everything on their own. Parents who want to understand themselves better, communicate differently, and create relationships with room for both love and limits.

Before we can change anything, sometimes we first need somewhere safe enough to land.

That is what I want KinThrive to be.

A place where you do not have to defend your parenting or hide the fear, anger, grief, resentment, guilt, love, hope, and exhaustion that can all exist at the same time.

A place where we can look inward without making ourselves wrong.

I am not here because I have mastered any of this. I am here because I have lived it. I have made mistakes, learned, repaired, and started again. I continue to do my own work alongside the parents I support.

You do not need to have the right words.

You do not need to have everything figured out.

You can arrive as you are.

If you recognize yourself here, you are in the right place.

Welcome to KinThrive.

Together, we mend and connect.
